There are some properties, offered privately by their owners which are not posted on the local MLS. This Bluegrass For Sale By Owner website was created as a database to collect information on each For Sale By Owner (FSBO) in Georgetown as they enter the market place. The Free 90 Day Listing encourages FSBO postings to help keep our database complete.
By creating this database, we are also providing a service to those property owners interested in attempting to sell their home by themselves.
