2 Database Listing - At $10.99 per month, this listing requires a six month listing minimum ($65.94 total) with no refunds. If your property sells prior to the listing expiration, it will be shown as sold for any months remaining on the listing agreement. Listings may be included as a Featured Property for a $25.00 additional monthly charge which may be applied to any or all months the property is listed at property owner's discression.

4. Premium Listing - Post your property for $199.00 with our Premium Listing which shows the listing on the website until sold. This option offers all the services provided under a Bluegrass Listing, however it is more economical should your home be on the market longer than 4 months.
